At Sandals Day Spa, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to support you with any questions or concerns. Please take a moment to review our refund and exchange policy below:

Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for items that are unopened, unused, and have been damaged during shipping. Requests for exchanges must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • We do not offer exchanges for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or disliking a scent.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
  • To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@sandalsdayspa.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We carefully pack and ship all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive damaged, missing or incorrect items, please inspect your package upon arrival.

If there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately within 72 hours of delivery. 

Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, skin care tools, and disposable or single-use products. If you are unsure about the eligibility of an item for return or exchange, please contact our customer service team for clarification.

Please note that sale items, promotional products, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Additionally, any free gifts or bonus items included with your purchase are also ineligible for return or exchange.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been processed. If the order is still pending, we will issue a full refund upon receiving your cancellation request. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, and any returns will need to be processed according to our return policy.
